Our Booking PolicyThe WSSW Writing Consultants offer two appointment types: Email Exchanges and Online Chats. Students may book appointments up to three weeks in advance, with a limit of two sessions per week (Sun-Sat). Feel free to contact us if you need assistance.

Email Exchange

For EMAIL EXCHANGES, you will be in contact with a consultant over email.

Begin by scheduling an appointment. Then, at or before your appointment time, email:
(1) the assignment you are working on;
(2) a brief note explaining what you would like help with;
(3) your writing (no more than 2,500 words).

Your consultant will not respond immediately; you will receive their feedback within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you would like to submit a paper longer than 2,500 words, please check in with your consultant in advance.

ONLINE CHAT SESSIONS extend for 45 min. At your appointment time, join your consultant's Zoom meeting to begin the conversation.
