Our Booking PolicyWSSW students may book Email Exchanges and Online Chats 3 weeks in advance, with a limit of two advance bookings per week (Sun-Sat). For extra support, students can book up to two additional last-minute appointments (no more than 2 hours in advance).

Begin by scheduling an appointment. Then, at or before your appointment time, email:
(1) the assignment you are working on;
(2) a brief note explaining what you would like help with;
(3) your writing (no more than 2,500 words).

Your consultant will not respond immediately; you will receive their feedback within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you would like to submit a paper longer than 2,500 words, please check in with your consultant in advance.
